How the final price is calculated

The starting price may increase according to the number of students, school distance, pickup points, daily traffic, route duration, school timings, waiting requirements and selected vehicle. The final price is disclosed before the agreement is signed.

Daily Routine & Institutional Routes

School, office and institutional pick & drop.

A recurring daily route can be arranged for schools, offices, companies, hospitals, universities and other approved institutions.

Per-person agreement

The fare may be calculated according to the number of passengers using the same approved route and schedule.

Fixed route or full-vehicle agreement

A fixed fare may be agreed for a location, route or complete vehicle. The amount is confirmed in writing before service starts.

The agreed fare is collected under the signed route agreement.

Any later change to passenger count, pickup points, destination, vehicle, route or timing may require a revised quotation before the changed service begins.

Included in the contract

  • Drop-off at the school stated in the agreement
  • Return pickup from school at the agreed time
  • Drop-off at the same approved home location
  • The agreed route, vehicle category and schedule

Not included automatically

  • Changing the home, school or drop-off location
  • Early release, late pickup or a different school time
  • Extra classes, sports, events or third-party locations
  • Trips outside the signed route and schedule
  • Any service not approved by the company in writing
Additional paid service starts from 60 SAR.

Any location, route or timing change is subject to driver and vehicle availability. The charge may be more than 60 SAR depending on distance, traffic, waiting time, vehicle category and the driver's current location. The company does not guarantee every sudden additional trip.
