This policy explains what RM Golden Trading Company collects when you use the Riyadh Lux Ride website, the Customer app, and the Captain app. It applies to https://riyadh-go.com and the Google Play listings for Riyadh Lux Ride and Riyadh Lux Captain.

Apps covered

Riyadh Lux Ride (Customer) opens the Customer portal for booking, ride tracking, invoices and receipts. Riyadh Lux Captain opens the Captain portal for assignments, GPS sharing, ride completion and cash confirmation. Both apps are Trusted Web Activity wrappers of the live website. They do not keep a separate customer database on the phone.

Information we collect

• Account: name, email, mobile number, password or Google sign-in, language preference.
• Bookings and rides: pickup and destination, coordinates, vehicle, fare, payment method, passenger notes, Start Ride PIN, assignment and ride status.
• Location: Customer pickup/destination points you choose or confirm; Captain live GPS while the Captain is ONLINE or on an active ride so Operations can see movement.
• Documents: Iqama, licence, vehicle, insurance or other files you upload for office review.
• Device and security: browser/app session, sign-in and sign-out audit, crash or connection errors, and notification permission if you enable alerts.

Why we use it

We use this information to create and secure your account, assign and complete rides, calculate published fares, issue invoices or receipts, review partner applications, contact you on WhatsApp or email, prevent fraud, and meet Saudi transport, tax and record-keeping duties. We do not sell personal information.

Processors

Firebase Authentication, Realtime Database, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage and Hosting process account, booking and file data for RM Golden. Google Maps may receive map queries you start. WhatsApp and email are used only when you or the office send a message.

Location, notifications and app permissions

The Customer app uses location only when you set or confirm a pickup or destination. The Captain app uses precise location, and may keep sharing GPS while the Captain is ONLINE or on an active ride, so Operations can assign and monitor trips. Notifications are optional and used for ride status, PIN delivery and office messages. Neither app uses background location when the user is signed out. Camera or file access is used only when you upload an Iqama, licence or other document.

Account deletion

If you created a Customer, Captain or partner account, you can request deletion at any time. This is the Google Play account-deletion path for Riyadh Lux Ride and Riyadh Lux Captain.

1. Open Account in the app, or email support@riyadh-go.com with the subject “Account deletion request”.
2. Include the account email and mobile number used to sign in.
3. RM Golden will delete the sign-in account and profile data that is not required for legal retention.

Ride, invoice, tax and employment records may be kept where Saudi law requires it. Deletion is completed from this website URL: https://riyadh-go.com/privacy#account-deletion.

Retention and rights

Account, booking, invoice and compliance records are kept for as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal retention rules. You may request access, correction or deletion of your account data by emailing support@riyadh-go.com. Some ride, invoice and employment records may be retained where Saudi law requires it.

Children

The Customer and Captain apps are for adults arranging transport or driving for RM Golden. We do not knowingly create accounts for children.
